Tour of Campus
  2:30 - 3:15 p.m.  Meet with Instructional Leadership Team - Room 309

  4:00 - 5:30 p.m Meet with Leadership and Staff Focus Group (E) - Room 309
Day One: Monday, February 23
  7:30 - Ongoing    

Classroom Observations  

  11:30 - 12:12 p.m. Lunch - Informally talk with students and staff.
  11:30 - 12:30 p.m.  Meet with John DeVore, San Diego City Schools Administrator for High School Reform - Principal's Conference Room (Visiting Chair only)
  1:17 - 2:10 p.m. Gathering of evidence: class visits, etc. (Period 6)
  2:30 - 4:00 p.m.   Meeting with Curriculum and Instruction Focus Group (A) - Room 309
    Meeting with Assessment and Accountability Focus Group (B) - Northwest corner of Media Center
Day Two: Tuesday, February 24

  2:30 - 4:00 p.m. Meeting with Support for Student Personal and Academic Growth Focus Group (C) - Room 309
    Meeting with Culture, Vision and Purpose Focus Group (D) - Northwest corner of Media Center
Day Three: Wednesday, February 25
  7:30 - 10:30 a.m. Completion of draft report, contacting school staff as needed
  11:40 - 1:30 p.m Meeting with the Instructional Leadership Team and others invited by the school to discuss/clarify findings of the visit and the visiting committee report. (Lunch provided.) - Room 309
  1:30 - 3:00 p.m.  Closure on issues raised in the earlier session discussing the draft of the visiting committee report. The visiting committee may revise the report as a result of this meeting. The final draft of the report is completed during this session.
  3:00 - 3:30 p.m. Report to staff/stakeholders. - Media Center (main floor)
